1001G+

27 Assemblies of Arabidopsis thaliana accessions

The 1001G+ Project is the extension of the 1001 Genomes (1001G) Project launched at the beginning of 2008. The 1001G phase produced over 1,000 Illumina short read resequencing data sets. The new 1001G+ phase is producing full genome sequences assembled from long read data. Based on these assemblies we build a graph genome which allows to study the pan genome of Arabidopsis thaliana.
