Data analysis description:

Here is the subsampling of the genome matrices for those positions
that have been querried with tilling arrays in the study of Atwell
and others:

The files are in csv and tab delimited format. The columns though 
stayed in the same order as the genome matrices. Please see the 
README in the 'genome_matrix' folder of column descriptions.

The base calls are identical to the genome matrices except that 
the base calls have been reduced to A, C, G, T and N.
